What you type stays in your browser

The calculator runs entirely in your web browser. The rooms, prices, costs and client details you enter are not sent to us or to anyone else.

“Remember my numbers on this device”

If you tick this box, your business numbers (rates, costs, margin, minimum charge, cleaning times, discounts, and your business name and contact line) are saved in your browser’s local storage on this device so they are filled in next time. Client names, addresses and notes are never saved. Untick the box to delete the saved numbers, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
